As a new season of vibrant colours begins to dominate runways and highstreet stores, I thought it best to update a winter wardrobe of the dull and dark palate of this passing season. It may be still raining and cold but fashion is ahead of the climate as it seems the designers and buyers of most fashion labels predict a need for tiny tees, skimpy skirts and a return of lace. Lets hope we won't be hiding a new spring wardrobe under a raincoat this year!!!
