Sun, Beach & Clothing Dilemmas

Summer has arrived which means putting aside the woolly jumpers and comfy boots and pulling out the swimwear. However, choosing what to wear to the beach can prove difficult. I for one spend endless hours picking out then tossing aside half my wardrobe, only to scramble for my computer to order a new outfit online. Yes, we have all done it, that is fashion. Trends come and go as quickly as English weather changes.

My biggest dilemma in the sunny months is choosing what to wear over my bikini. Should it be the playsuit, the maxi dress or anything that partially covers my body? I for one love the maxi dress, it's an excuse to wear a long dress which is comfortable yet trendy. Nicole Richie is 'the' celebrity that pulls off the maxi-look to a 'T'. The unforgettable white maxi dress worn by the celebrity pulled boho style back from the 60s. The maxi dress has cemented itself back into this century and is the ultimate and timeless cover up, Why? Because it can be dressed up with belts, heels and other accessories or dressed down. And for that  reason it's my go to style for the sun and beach!

Dilemma averted.

The awkward first post....

First posts are important and that is why I find myself struggling to put words together to form something around a memorable sentence or two. So, I will begin by telling you what I'm about.

Every girl grows up inspired by fashion in one way or another, some girls choose to express themselves through skinny black jeans and wild hair and others through a sassy sophisticated style. I believe this is  what the very essence of fashion is about, not a certain style we all must follow but a freedom to be the individual. So as my journey begins through this blog I will follow the fashion of runways to highstreets, discovering my own personal style and perhaps inspiring that one reader to find their own unique style.
